I would tell them that it is a good place to live, however, it is very young and a bit noisy at times. I think it is great for the young aspiring artists in the NoHo Arts district.

I would say that The gallery is in a very safe community. very child friendly

Nice place friendly staff be very Careful in the Garage! Cars fly because speed bumps are missing and illegal parking makes this area very dangerous!

The leasing office is helpful and willing to make your transition as smooth as possible.

The new management is great! I have lived here for almost four years and I have never recived such great customer service! I hope they are here to stay.

Have been living for the past 6 years, but since last year see that the Management has done a great job bly fixing the entrance gate, see the needs are met for the tenants. Suggestion: the tenants should be allowed 1 hr if someone is waiting otherwise time limit.

I moved to The Gallery two months ago. I've really enjoyed the complex/community so far. The rent is reasonable, and its in a great location. I've also been very happy with the staff. I leased my unit from Altara, and she made the whole moving in process easy. Very professional and always drops what she is doing to answer questions/concerns I had. I'd definitely recommend this community to anyone moving to Noho!

I love living here! very happy with everything. Like every place there are lil things to fix or maintain and i have no problem with that because i know that the staff here always does its best. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to live in a luxury apartment in Noho.

I would tell them that it is a nice family area; however, there are the occassional party people who like to hand out by the pool with their beer bottles and liquor. I do not allow my child to be in the pool area because of this. The Gallery is located near a neighborhood park, post office, theatres and Metro Station. It is a very convenient place to live. My only negative thing I can say is that the managment has seemed to change hads three times since I moved here in Sept of 2009.

I would tell them the alarms go off every so often, but its getting better now... before it was out of control and when i first moved in a yr ago people told me not too cause of the online problems they all posted, but i liked the area and apartments and totally think its gettting much better now ;) Also gate is sometimes open and call box dosent work sometimes..

Professional, attentive staff, hard working maintenance & grounds keeping, moderately secure, pleasant surroundings. I would recommend living @ the Gallery to friends. I like all the amenities. I truly love the attentive & responsive staff. The current rent amount is doable & bearable, but if the rent goes up, regretfully I may have no choice but to move to a more affordable residence. There are few noisy tenants that party beyond normal hours, I hear them in the hallways, but lucky for me none are next to me. There are few irresponsible drivers that blast their car radios late at night & drive recklessly in the parking; I almost got hit, too many times. Some tenants still leave their trash on the sides, in the trash room. Some tenants throw their cigarette butts everywhere. The cleaning crew is relentless & I do appreciate their hard work and up-keeping. I can’t stand finding flyers on my door from different vendors. Overall, the Gallery is a place you can call HOME. Thank you for trying your best, you can’t control & discipline everyone!
